   I tried this product to reduce my snoring but I was not able to sleep with it on. Could be just me, I don’t know.
   
   I sent an e-mail to the distributor about a week ago, but no answer.
   
   I hope I’m not stuck with it.

   The adjustment is a little tricky and you can easily wear it inside out without realizing it. Adjustment has to be done in a strict sequential manner. First you disconnect both velcro strips. Then put it around your chin and adjust the strap at the top of your head fairly tight, but not too tight. Then you connect the strap at the base of your skull above your neck.

   Even so, it really takes some acclimation to sleep with this gadget. I wind up taking it off my head after a few hours because of discomfort. But it really does work, that is, stops the snoring. But if you have a stuffy nose, you can’t get enough air. With this strap on your head, you really can’t breathe through your mouth. But that is the whole idea to stop you breathing through your mouth.

   I purchased this expensive piece of neoprene material in hope that it would reduce my snoring (for my wife). I have tried it multiple times and it has no effect. Maybe it’s just my jaw, but I have tightened it as tight as it will go and I still manage to snore.
