This product was a gift to my son in pittsburgh so i did not see the wedge pillow. i do know he is using it for sleeping.

I believe that I ordered one wedge pillow, unfortunately you sent 2 pillows and both from different suppliers, added to that an October 2, purchase has yet been billed to me. I wonder who wants the second pilllow back. I will dispute the bill until the matter is resolved

The item listed seemed to be the thing I needed so I ordered in late January. As of March 3, 2009, I have yet to receive the product. I have exchanged emails twice with this company and had one phone conversation and have been promised action as well as a return phone call on two seperate occasions following an email exchange but the calls were not forthcoming. I have called on several occasions but their phone does not get answered. I still want the merchandise (I am facing surgery soon and I need something like this) but it appears that the company does not intend to send it, although they readily accepted payment. They seem to be a legitimate company but I can’t tell it from my own experience.
