This product does NOT work and would not work for anyone with a human nose. The 1 star review previously posted was spot on with the assessment that opening the end/tip of your nostrils does nothing. This product is a horrible fraudulent rip off.

Brez works great. It’s the best thing on the market for free breathing. Opens your nostrils and always free air flow. A+

I have a deviated septum and have tried various devices to help keep my nostrils open while sleeping. Nasal strips work OK for me but I hate peeling them off in the morning, and most of the devices you insert into your nose get uncomfortable half way through the night. So I held high hopes for the “brez” device as it looked like it might be more comfortable than the others. WRONG! In my opinion, this was a complete and utter waste of money and I’m kicking myself because I bought two packs, thinking that I must’ve just bought the wrong size (I tried small then medium). And they’re not cheap! I’m at a loss trying to figure out how these things would work for anybody – they’re two little rubber ovals joined together with a very thing rubber strip. You put the rubber ovals in each nostril and the strip, I guess, is supposed to prevent them from getting lost up your nostrils. The problem is, the strip is not long enough to allow the ovals to go up far enough into the area where my nostrils are restricted and the holes in the ovals are not big enough to allow sufficient air to get through. It just feels like having a stopper stuck in your nose – I couldn’t breathe! I would definitely NOT recommend this product – I’ve gone back to nasal strips. The other devies that have worked for me are the “nozovent” and “the air machine” (except both make my nasal passages slighty sore by morning). I’m yet to find the perfect solution.

I use the “small” size. They work well for me. They are comfortable too. No more dry throat when I wake up from having to breath through my mouth when I’m sleeping. But because of the exorbitant cost, I use the devices more than once, and that works out OK for me.

i wish the company would make some that.s longer so they could go up further in the nose also perhaps smaller quanitys in case some one cant use them however i ,love mine ,
