I’m about to get married, and my fiance can’t stand how i sleep! I MUST stop snoring so we can sleep in the same room at least when we get married. I have tried:
-Breath Rite strips, BR throat sprays, and BR mouth gargle
-nasal decongestant pills
-allergy medication
-I sleep on my side
-nasal sprays
almost everything, i would prefer not seeing a doctor, as I have no health insurance at the moment, i’m hoping for another solution!

Looks like you have tried convential methods. I had sinus surgery to correct my problem. I also had chronic sinus infections, headaches, and snoring that was keeping the family awake. The surgery was by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. I do not snore now, not one bit! Have had one sinus infection, and but a small handful of headaches, none being migraine, and the headaches were what got me in there. I’m sorry I don’t have over the counter advice, it seems you have done about all you can. Maybe someone will have an herbal remedy for you, good luck.

If you are not at your ideal body weight, that plays a big part in why people snore at night. If you are overweight, the snoring is not going to stop until you lose weight. If weight is not an issue for you, the only other option you have is the one you don’t want to do – see a doctor. It may be possible that you also have sleep apnea, so going to the doctor would be a good idea.
Edit: strange how I get a thumbs down on my answer when I did not try to give you a diagnosis like some of the other answers you received. Not everyone who snores has sleep apnea, so how someone can tell you that your problem sounds like sleep apnea is strange. You did not list any symptoms except for snoring. I have seen many people who snore who do not have sleep apnea. Some of these people even tried some of the things you have tried and it did not stop the snoring, though they did not have apnea either. I’m not saying you don’t have apnea, but going from “I snore” to “sounds like you have sleep apnea” is a big jump without knowing anything else about you.
It sounds a bit like sleep apnea. Have you researched that at all to see if you match up?
Sleep Apnea is very serious, and occurs when you stop breathing in your sleep. Your body has a difficult time restarting itself, and you snore most of the night. If you have sleep apnea, it’s critical that you get it checked!

I’m with chika, it could be something more serious, sleep apnea. sleep apnea happens lower in the throat and has nothing to do with the nose, so none of those remedies will ever work for it. Unfortunately the only way to know for sure is to have a sleep study done and for that you need to go to a doctor. If cost is a problem, you should try to get individual insurance before you are diagnosed with something so it will be cheaper to start. However if you don’t want to do that; you can still get treatment from a doctor without insurance. You need to see a pulmonologist, with no insurance you won’t need a referral just the payment up front about $150. The sleep study will cost $2000-$3000 depending on where you live. And to get something called a CPAP to stop the ‘snoring’ and get rest so you don’t develop more serious problems can cost from $500-$2000 depending on the machine you get. I have sleep apnea and didn’t get it solved until it was too late. I now have heart failure because I didn’t want to see a doctor for it because I had no insurance and no one told me how serious it was. Oh yeah and another thing, sleep apnea has very little to do with weight, however sleep apnea can cause you to gain weight with the little tricks you learn to stay awake during the day. I know them all, even if you won’t be honest and admit them to yourself. As I stated before I have sleep apnea, so does my father (who is slim) and so does the PA at the pulmonologist (who is also slim)
