What do you do to stop somebody from snoring. My brother told me this technique people use to make people stop snoring, but won’t tell me what it is. Can someone here tell me what it is? or perhaps some factual ones? don’t need any sleepapnea comments here. just some techniques.

Sometimes, if you turn them over on their side, it helps for a little while. Or put a lumpy pillow in their back to make them sleep on their side always. If they snore really badly, they may need to see a doctor about sleep apnea.

I’ve heard about sewing a tennis ball to the back of a t-shirt. if they lie on their back (when most snoring occurs), they’ll feel uncomfortable and roll over.
