I mean is there a way i can get it back the way it was before i had insomnia? I dont suffer from it anymore My memory is not so bad but i thought my memory would be back the way it was when i was able to sleep again. No its not amnesia.

Do you mean amnesia? If so, I would suggest watching old tv shows you enjoy, old family videos, asking friends to tell you some of their favorite stories about you, etc. Any of these may help to jog your memory.
