Why is snoring not an issue with men? Snoring is indeed a important issue and should be discussed on a serious note. Maybe snoring is caused by our last food intake before hitting the bed. Some of the major questions that are asked are about men and their snoring and why do we snore, is snoring normal and not a health issues or is snoring a more serious condition than what we think, is snoring a condition or is it a disease, is snoring hereditary or is snoring as common natural.

The tongue also plays a part of making the snoring sound. Could snoring be a feeling that most men encounter when they are having a good nights rest or could snoring be a result releasing exhaustion unconsciously. Some people have a common idea that snoring is a state of body status such as times when you are so tired and exhausted that you just want to fall on the bed due to your long daily activities. Actually snoring can happen anytime of the day as we sleep or nap and not just occurring at night.

Snoring is scientifically proven also to be caused by normal aging. A person who is under a medication, or is taking a regular prescribed medicine can affect the relaxation of the muscles much than it needs therefore the muscles around the throat and the air paths relaxes and then creates a snoring vibration during ones sleep. Having a improper sleeping position can cause a person to snore. The male gender hormones tend to be more active and restless than the female’s estrogen hormones. As a result of snoring being hereditary, parents can pass on to the snoring genes of their child.

The controllable factors that cause us to snore are smoking, alcohol, medications, sleeping position and postures, obesity and being overweight.

Eating consciously means, eating a smaller portion of food for every meal, if possible, cut fried foods out of your diet because fats from oils can be as harmful as well and also eat less pork and beef which can prevent snoring. Bite smaller pieces of food and chew the food very slow, like you are really savoring the dish will help prevent snoring. It is quite hard to calorie count and fat count everything that we eat these days but being vigilant and aware of the amount of food that you eat for each meal is very necessary in helping you to prevent snoring. If you find it hard to be self-disciplined when it comes to food and are tempted to buy and eat those junk foods located in aisle 4, then maybe you should skip that aisle altogether while at the market and you will not have to worry about snoring.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SNORING SEVERELY?

If you snoring is very loud especially, when it come to the point when your partner awakens in the middle of their sleep because you are snoring so loudly then there is a good chance that you have severe snoring. The snoring prevention methods that your doctor might provide you with may not totally cure you of your snoring, but it will surely lessen your snoring a bit. Upon your check up with your medical practitioner, they may give provide you with several methods on how to relieve your snoring habits. There are some simple ways in which you can stop snoring on your own.

So many questions linger in our mind when it comes to snoring issues, especially amongst males. The common notion of the society is to blame men for snoring at night just because of snoring. The argument isirresistible except for one little flaw: women are not immune from snoring just the same.

What is snoring?—————-

Scientifically speaking, snoring is a sound that is produced by our throat or the air pathways that vibrate when air flows through them. Snoring comes from the same passageways only it is louder than our normal breathing. Snoring is essencially similar to the same sound that is emitted from our air pathways but it makes a louder expression or sound. Nothingelse.

Types of snoring—————-

Snoring when lying on your back shows a mild problem. This is the most common type of snoring and it is the mildest and easiest to overcome. Snoring while your mouth is closed shows a problem with the tongue and this type of snoring maybe regarded as the tongue inflicted snore. Snoring at night in any positions is a bit more serious than the other types of snoring.

Most commonly known causes of snoring————————————-

Snoring problem can often be hereditary. If your parent has a narrow air passageway, then it is likely that you will have the same narrow air pathway, as well as your children,their children and so on and so forth, will too. Parents can pass the “snoring genes” on to their children. Snoring can be caused by allergies. When an allergy strikes a person his or her air pathways become smaller than a normal person’s air passageway and air has a hard time getting through. An allergy attack tightens the walls of air tracks and causes a snoring reaction which will happen at the time while the person is sleeping. Having a improper sleeping position can cause a person to snore, too. All theseare uncontrolled factors of snoring at night. Are there controled ones?

View of junk foods at the store sends a message to your mind that whispers to you ever so softly that these foods are great and that you should buy them to eat, but I’m here to tell you if you buy these junk foods you will most likely snore at night. If you find it hard to be self-disciplined enough when it comes to food and are tempted to buy and eat those junk foods located in aisle 4, then maybe it’s a good idea you should skip that aisle altogether while at the market and you will not have to worry about snoring. Here is one more well known psychological trick of self-deception. Losing weight not only helps your body to feel lighter but it can diminish your snoring too. By using smaller bowls and plates, you will eat less than what you normally would consume in one meal time. On the other hand, there are vegetables. They are light on the tummy and are very healthy to prevent snoring. You can’t go wrong when adding veggies to your diet. The more green vegetables you eat, the less you are likely to develop a snoring problem. Another way to stop your snoring is to limit or minimize your alcohol intake just before your bedtime.

What to do when you have severe snoring at night?————————————————-

All the above said is good to prevent you from snoring or to stay awayfrom it when you have got rid of the problem, but what to do when youare “hit” with severe snoring? This term can be used if your snoring is so very loud, that it come to the point when your partner awakens in themiddle of sleep unable to sleep on. This is a really tortureous situation,that cannot be easily overcome. In some cases surgery can help. Somepretty expensive electronic contraptions are invented. Special nasal sprays before bedtime can prevent you from nightly snoring for a limited time, though reports on side effects are known. So who would refuse tostop snoring at night in a natural, healthy way? Who would refuse to savethe partner from awkward sleepless nights? Is there such a way? Well,just take a look below.

How to cure or solve the snoring problem during night time?

My husband recently snoring loudly while he is sleeping. This causes me can’t sleep well during night time. Is there anybody call tell me how to solve and cure this snoring problem?

I am very sure that your husband is suffering from sleep apnea. The most common type of sleep apnea is obstructive sleep apnea. This most often means that the airway has collapsed or is blocked during sleep. The blockage may cause shallow breathing or breathing pauses.

When you try to breathe, any air that squeezes past the blockage can cause loud snoring. Obstructive sleep apnea happens more often in people who are overweight, but it can affect anyone.

Breathing pauses can last from a few seconds to minutes. They often occur 5 to 30 times or more an hour. Typically, normal breathing then starts again, sometimes with a loud snort or choking sound.

This results in poor sleep quality that makes you tired during the day. Sleep apnea is one of the leading causes of excessive daytime sleepiness.

Untreated sleep apnea can:

Increase the risk for high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, obesity, and diabetes
Increase the risk for or worsen heart failure
Make irregular heartbeats more likely
Increase the chance of having work-related or driving accidents

Lifestyle changes, mouthpieces, surgery, and/or breathing devices can successfully treat sleep apnea in many people. Your husband needs to contact his doctor for a sleep study to determine the severity of the sleep apnea. The study will determine how many times his air passage has collapsed in a minute and prescribe a CPAP machine. This machine will keep his air passage open and eliminate the collapse. In addition, this method of treatment will lessen his risk for the most serious effects if left untreated.

I personally suffer with sleep apnea and I must say since I got treatment my life is back to normal. I get the best sleep and I don’t wake up tired anyone. I don’t wake up my husband anymore from snoring.
