Be sure to eat only light dinner meal like eating only fruits and vegetables. Do not tire yourself. Also, be sure to lie only on you left or right side with bended knees. Because if you will lie flat with your back, there’s a tendency that you will snore and can even be the cause of sudden death. Remember to eat only light food at night, ok.

How can I manage the insomnia associated with stopping Remeron?

Question by Daniel L: How can I manage the insomnia associated with stopping Remeron?
I stopped taking Remeron last Thursday (as directed by my psychiatrist), and have been experiencing moderate insomnia. Note that insomnia was never a problem before (on or off Remeron). I tried Valerian but it doesn’t seem to hit the target and I feel wired. Does anyone have experience/suggestions that helped?

I’ve been hearing a lot about the mouth piece which moves your lower jaw foward & the sea salt. I don’t think my snoring is serious enough to see a doctor. Can someone tell me if they have experience with any of these snoring solutions.

Sleep with two pillows so the air flows easily in and out.
Blow your nose before bed.
You can also buy nose strips to help with breathing.
Sleep on your back.

Smoking before going to sleep also causes the throat muscles to relax therefore, it is wise to abstain yourself from smoking before you go to sleep in order to stop snoring.

Another cause of snoring is by being fat or by being overweight. Fatty tissues in your throat may develop if you are fat. Therefore, exercising is another way to stop snoring. These are some of the home remedies that you can try in order for you to stop that music you are making when you sleep.

Snoring can also be caused by your sleeping position. If you are still overweight but on the process of slimming down, try to sleep on your side. Studies have found that laying flat on your back when you sleep causes snoring. Try sleeping on your side.

If you stop snoring, you will be able to have a healthier body and also have a healthier relationship with your sleeping partner. Keep all these simple home remedies in mind and you will eventually stop snoring.
