This looks and sounds like it should be better for you to sleep on. However, can’t really tell you for sure if it has helped with back and shoulder pains. Maybe need more time to see if it helps.

I am trying to return the 2 pillows I ordered.
The package of the 2 pillows was a fold over and not sealed in the first place. What can I expect to happen?

We know you wouldn’t want us to send you a used health care product .
1. Do not ship back used, damaged or incomplete merchandise. It will only create a difficult situation and we will not refund used merchandise. Pillows are considered used if they have been removed from the sealed plastic wrap.
2. Include our completed return form in the package. It identifies your order. We assess a 20% restocking fee on all goods returned to cover the cost involved in processing refunds through Amazon.

I bought this pillow 10 years ago and it has been indispensable to me! I have to admit it took some getting used to. It felt abnormally firm compared to other pillows I had used, and the shape it so strange, but I stuck with it because my chiropractor promised it would make such a difference. I can’t stand a normal pillow now. Simply using this pillow has decreased a large amount of my back and neck pain. It has held up well for ten years, but I think it is time for a new one. That is a good long life for a pillow. I highly highly recommend this if you have back and neck pain when you wake up in the morning.

Even though using the measurements and ordering the appropriate size the pillow was too small. Unfortunately, There is nothing printed to warn you BEFORE opening the package. Once the package is opened it is unreturnable. That was a total waste of a lot of money.

This is the best pillow ever. I bought it as a birthday present for my wife and she loves it! It gives full support even while tossing about in her sleep (which she does less of now) and her neck is no longer sore upon waking. I can’t imagine how people could leave this thing one star reviews unless they did not bother to get the right size. My wife has been a happier person since i got her this for her and she raves about it. If this thing is too hard for you than give up. I think its soft enough considering it gives perfect support.
